Shipping policy
Blaseball Cares fulfills orders in one of two ways:
- Manually. This is reserved for stationery products such as prints, stickers, and other flat items.
- Printful, our print on demand service provider.
Because of this, we have different shipping expectations for each.

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4 days of purchase. For items that have an ETA time listed, orders are fulfilled within 4 days of product arrival (times may vary). If we are experiencing high volume orders, there may be fulfillment delays as all orders are fulfilled manually by a single volunteer. We will communicate all delays via updates on the home page.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Upon mailing your order, we will send along an order confirmation. If you have selected tracked mail, you will receive a tracking link to follow your letter.
Fulfilled by Printful
Estimated shipping delivery times:
- USA: 3-5 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- World: 10-20 business days
Your order will be sent out on average within a week of being placed. We are actively monitoring delays and contacting Printful, however please don't hesitate to reach out if you are worried about your order.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Blaseball Cares is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Blaseball Cares is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Along with Printful, we will review replacement/return requests only:
(a) if a product is damaged
(b) there is a print error
Returns Policy
We do not accept returns on orders.
